Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is a regular device solely in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is offered for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited TLDs under one single web hosting account. This is possible due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other hosting Control Panel platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have 2 separate web hosting user accounts. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain registration/transfer/management opportunities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web server, there will be no Control Panel choice.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all available hosting CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your site names in a single web hosting user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP devices do not present such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and as a result they necessitate 2 separate user logins: 1 domain administration/billing/support user account and 1 web site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
Operating System 3 - you will note that the Hepsia web hosting CP can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel devices operate solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
